The relationship between our pelvis, lumbar spine and hip complex governs our posture and the body’s ability to function at optimal level. This workshop will show you how to assess movement rhythm and create balance, awareness and function to these areas of the body. It will provide both a deep understanding of how the lumbo-pelvic region operates and how Pilates exercises, such as re-pattern muscle recruitment, can be used.
