Today is World Osteoporosis Day. It is an opportunity to brush up on your bone density knowledge and learn about what a little bit of sunshine, some calcium and focused exercise can do for your bone health. Pilates (and especially Pilates for Buff Bones ®) can be a great form of exercise for bone health, enabling better balance and alignment and targeting supportive muscles in the butt, hips, arms and back, while giving the whole body a terrific workout.
