Core Pilates Spring Term 2014!


I can’t believe it is already October, 6 months since we moved in to our beautiful new Pilates haven! I hope everybody is enjoying the light and airy space with plenty of room to move! I would also like to say a big thank you to all of you, our amazing clients, who commit to their Pilates sessions week after week, and make our jobs so enjoyable!

Having such a wonderful new space to work in has given me the opportunity to think more about how I can offer a variety of options to people in the community to experience the benefits of Pilates! A new timetable is now on offer with additional group class choices. We will still be teaching regular studio sessions, but you might like to enjoy a group mat class, or a Buff Bones class that is designed to promote better bone health!

As Joseph Pilates said “All that any normal body should require is a change – from whatever it has previously been subjected to”. Maybe you can add an additional mat class to challenge your body in a different way, or maybe you know somebody who is keen to try Pilates and make a change in their lives.

I am excited to be adding new 8 week Group Reformer courses. These courses will allow people to learn the foundations and principles of Pilates on the reformer, perfect for people who enjoy working in a group and would like to experience the flow of the reformer. If we all put the word out about our new schedule we can continue to grow our Pilates community in Spring Hill.
