Our New Spring Term Pilates Classes!


The focus of our rejuvenation matwork class is about creating balance in the body, strengthening the core postural muscles and working on stability and co-ordination, whilst clearing the mind and energizing the whole body. You will begin learning the principles and foundations of Pilates with a focus on working from the inside-out. This class will finish with a 10 -minute meditation to completely restore body, mind and spirit!



The reformer is one of the most universally used pieces of Pilates equipment. Our highly qualified Instructors will teach an 8 week course that focuses on correct alignment, muscle control and breathing. Our classes will challenge, strengthen and stretch your whole body. Feel energised from the inside out with 50 minutes of Pilates on the reformer!



Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed workout that combines Pilates with bone-strengthening and balance techniques to optimize the health and safety of your bones. This mat workout follows a research-supported design of specifically sequenced exercises, making it an entire system of bone and joint health, rather than just a set of exercises. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, it also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels and is recommended for those with osteoporosis or low bone density. Classes are limited to 8 participants to achieve best results. Hand weights and foam rollers are used in these classes. These classes are ideal for those who sit at computers for long periods of time.


All of our group classes at Core Pilates Brisbane are considered to be a safe form of body conditioning. We do not recommend any of our group classes for those seeking relief from chronic pain, or rehabilitation from an injury. In these cases we recommend Private or Studio classes.
