World Osteoporosis Day 2013 – October 20th

Today is World Osteoporosis Day. It is an opportunity to brush up on your bone density knowledge and learn about what a little bit of sunshine, some calcium and focused exercise can do for your bone health. A new study by Deakin University shows that regular exercise improves bone density, muscle power, strength and balance. These factors can assist in the prevention of osteoporosis and makes for happy bones. Check out the details here.
